when will my order be given to cargo?

We try to ship your orders until 16:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on Saturday. Orders placed afterward will be delivered to the cargo on the next delivery day.

The orders you place on Sunday and public holidays will be delivered to the cargo on the next delivery day.

Where can I track the status of my orders?

After placing your order, all your processes, such as your order confirmation and the cargo tracking number, are sent to you via e-mail. You can track the tracking number and order number in the e-mail on our website or you can ask us via our Whatsapp support line, e-mail address.

Where can I track the cargo status?

If you wish, you can use your cargo tracking number sent to you via e-mail and text message, and if you wish, "Where is my cargo?" on www.dermoven.com. You can follow all the processes of your cargo through Aras Cargo's "Shipment Tracking" section.

What should I do if the incoming cargo is damaged?

Damaged cargoes should not be received and a report should be made to Aras Cargo official. If the authorized person is of the opinion that the package is not damaged, the customer has the right to open the cargo there and check that the products were delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. After the cargo is received by the Buyer, it is accepted that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the cargo is not accepted and a report is kept, the situation should be reported to Dermoven Customer Services as soon as possible with the copy of the report remaining with the Buyer. Our Customer Service will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
